I love this marinade!

Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken Sandwiches
from Rachel Ray
Marinade:
Juice of 1 lime about 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of honey (a good drizzle)
A handful of cilantro
1 rounded teaspoon of cumin - I used about 2 or 3. I love this spice!
A handful of cilantro. I used dried cilantro but fresh would probably be better.

Coat chicken with marinade and coat for about 20 minutes. Rachel Rays say 10 but I like more flavor. :)
Grill chicken on the grill and slice. Use on sandwiches and enjoy with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
